As researcher for INEA I am contributing to new scientific research around topics of intercountry adoption based upon the needs and desires of adoptees themselves. I have a background in philosophy, cultural antropology and sociology, with a thesis specialization around the experiences of transracial Dutch adoptees with racial and adoption microaggressions in the workplace.
