Vivian J. Salles Vieira Pinto is an academic docent at Maastricht University (UM). She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the same institution and received the OTS Merit-Based Scholarship during her Master’s program. Vivian has expertise in various fields of law, including Conflict Resolution and Access to Justice. Currently, she is a member of the Maastricht European Private Law Institute (MEPLI) and is conducting a PhD research on the Rights of Adoptees and Family Privacy.
